The Kappa Support Package is a great option for customers who want peace of mind for 11-20 devices and their users. Devices, and their users, are covered with priority tech support, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Each user will be given direct contact to one of our team members for their support needs. Devices enrolled in a Device Management software will be updated weekly, on Fridays, to ensure they are always in compliance with company policy. Lifecycle management recommendations for enrolled devices will be handled by our team. Helping remove one more thing from your plate. Owners will also be provided with a custom purchasing portal for Apple products.

Kappa Plan is $2000 a month, can be paired with other services, and can be cancelled at anytime
