On Demand Support

Our On Demand Support allows you to get the service you need when you need it. This is perfect for our Residential Customers who need troubleshooting support, help with learning a workflow, or need help setting up a brand new device. For Business Customers this is a great way to get support when you need it, as you need it.

On Demand Support is billed in 15 minute increments, with a half hour minimum. First half hour is $50, with each following 15 minute increment being $25. Our rates are flexible so reach out with any questions you might have!

Support Blocks

Depending on the issue, On Demand Support makes it hard to budget for your project, or monthly expenses. Support Blocks makes it easy to budget projects, takes the guess work out of any labor costs, or budget possible IT Support ahead of time.

Our residential customers also benefit from Support Blocks, allowing them to purchase hours in advance for peace of mind knowing they are covered for when they need it. With our Support Blocks you can buy hours upfront and save money in the process.

With a Concierge+ plan, hours do not expire as long as the plan is active. See below for more details.

Alpha Block - 3 hours of support for $270 - $30 Savings

Delta Block - 6 hours of support for $540 - $60 Savings

Epsilon Block - 10 hours of support for $800 - $200 Savings

All packages include travel in the Treasure Valley Area, are good for 1 year from purchase date, and can be stacked with other packages, or mixed with On Demand Support.

Business Plans

Business customers can have peace of mind knowing all their Apple products are completely covered with one of our Business Plans. These plans are exclusive to our Business Customers and are a great way to budget in any IT support.

Our different tiers allow our business customers to get the most out of what we can offer. All plans include Apple MDM setup, ongoing updates, and support. It also includes device procurement, inventory and lifecycle management, along with account management.

Omega Plan - $1000 a month, 1-10 managed devices

Kappa Plan - $2000 a month, 11-20 managed devices

Sigma Plan - $3000 a month, 20-30 managed devices, each managed device over 30 is an additional $99 per month

Concierge Membership

Concierge is our premium monthly over the phone support membership. This membership is designed for our Residential and Business customers who want a resource to reach out to for any tech needs. From over the phone tech support, purchasing advice, custom purchasing workflows for businesses, or general tech questions, our team is just one phone call away! No contract needed, sign up today, and cancel anytime. Covers up to 2 users.

Concierge Membership - $100 a month

Concierge+

Concierge+ is our elite monthly membership package. It includes all the features of Concierge, along with first in line priority service, and a discount of 10% on all billed services* going forward. Support Block Hours also do not expire as long as a Concierge+ plan is active. Like our Concierge plan, no contract needed, sign up today, and cancel anytime. Covers up to 5 users.
